CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

(*1) The confirmation will be made only after DELVE receives the payment;

(*2) In order to avoid to cause any inconvenience for our partners and experts involved.

If inquiry is received by DELVE anytime SHORTER than 14 days prior to the starting date of the tour

Payment (*1) must be made within 48 hours after the final quotation is sent from DELVE. If there is no reply or inquiry within the mentioned time frame, the quotation will be cancelled automatically. (*2)

If inquiry is received by DELVE anytime LONGER than 14 days prior to the starting date of the tour

Payment (*1) must be made within 7 days after the final quotation is sent from DELVE. If there is no reply or inquiry within the mentioned time frame, the quotation will be cancelled automatically. (*2)

CANCELLATION TERMS & RATE

Any experience journeys

1. If notice of cancellation is received by DELVE after confirmation of reservation (Except in cases of 2,3), DELVE will withhold 30% of the tour fare

2. If notice of cancellation is received by DELVE 14 days or less days prior to the starting date of the tour (Except in case of 3), DELVE will withhold 50% of the tour fare

3. If notice of cancellation is received by DELVE 7 days or less days prior to the starting date of the tour (Except in case of 3), DELVE will withhold 100% of the tour fare

OTHER DETAILS

1. If the ordered tour or trip duration in longer than 2 days, the first day will be considered as the starting date of the tour

2. Cancellation can be made in writing by e-mail. The date of cancellation is deemed to be the date on which DELVE receives written notice of cancellation based on the China Standard Time.

3. No cancellations can be accepted after DELVE’s business hours (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays and Chinese national holidays). Cancellations requested after business hours are dealt with the following day.
