定义

DELVE是指经验信息网站(www.delvewithus.com)以及所有相关服务和功能,包括电子邮件订阅和交付; 有关文化体验的信息; 关于文化体验提供者的信息; DELVE(以下简称公司)提供的旅行计划,安排和销售(以下简称服务)。

客户(以下简称客户)是指在本服务条款协议和隐私政策(以下统称为协议)批准后,已注册使用的个人,公司或组织 的服务通过本公司规定的或经本公司批准使用本服务的程序。

服务内容

1.本服务公司服务包含:策划的文化体验,搜集行业信息和活动详情。提供文化相关资讯,并提供与旅游有关的规划,安排和销售服务。

2.在提供服务时,公司有权向发送给客户的电子邮件附加或插入广告。

变更服务内容

未经客户事先通知,本公司可能会更改或中止本服务的内容。 此外,本公司可以通过网站,电子邮件或其他方式在设定的通知期内通知客户,暂停或终止整个服务。

禁止行为

公司在使用本服务时,我们禁止客户采取以下行为,如果本公司确定客户违反本协议,将立即使客户不符合本服务条件,并可终止或暂停提供服务。

1.注册虚假信息。

2.犯罪行为,或违反公共秩序和正义标准的行为。

3.违反本协议,法律法规或其他协议。

4.违反本公司,其他客户或第三方的版权,肖像权或其他知识产权。

5.诽谤其他客户或第三方的行为

6. 违反其他客户或第三方的行为。

7.在冒充他人时发送公司信息等。

8.发送或发布有害计算机程序等。

9.向第三方发放,转让,转让密码,或与第三方分享密码的行为。

10.完成多个会员注册的行为。

11.对本公司认为与本服务无关的组织,服务和活动的招标行为。

12.属于或涉及反社会力量或从事反社会活动的组织。

13.根据本服务上发布的信息,客户之间直接进行业务交易,不经过本服务。

14.通过本服务了解到的其他客户的信息向第三方发布的信息,或使用本服务以外的其他用途的信息,未经客户明确许可。

15.本公司确定为与上述行为相似的其他行为,或由本公司自行决定终止/暂停客户服务的行为被视为适当的措施。

关于客户个人信息

1.本公司将使用注册信息为服务内的客户提供服务,并通过认证访问客户服务。

2.根据信息要求和信息交流,客户被视为允许收到电子邮件并显示要在服务中分享的信息。

3.公司可以根据客户提交的信息收集和使用各种统计数据。 公司还可以进行客户调查,收集客户反馈意见。

4.本公司对服务内的客户发布或发送的意见和信息保留版权,在处理数据后,无法识别个人,可以将其发布在杂志文章等。

责任

1.本公司不对客户或第三方在使用本服务时发生的任何损失负责,也不承担赔偿任何损害赔偿,只要本公司无故意或重大过失。另外,在本公司承担责任的情况下,责任仅限于普通和直接损害赔偿,公司不承担由于意外情况或任何间接损失而导致的任何损害赔偿或利润损失。

3.在提供服务时,公司不能绝对保证,通过本服务获得的失败/错误/障碍,信息的准确性,以及客户对服务的满意度,通过服务提供的信息或服务发布的持续时间。

不可抗因素等

1.本公司不对任何普通防病毒产品无法防范的病毒,自然灾害造成的损害,以及我方责任之外的手段造成的损害(以下简称不可控情况)承担责任,)。

2.本公司不保证与本服务有关的资料由于病毒或其他无法控制的情况而受到保护,不得被删除或更改,客户应对数据的存储负责。

第八条(修正和批准)

公司保留随时更改,添加和删除本协议内容的权利,而无需获得客户的许可,并将认定协议的发布作为该权利的客户通知和确认。

第九条(营业时间和营业时间支持)

本服务的营业时间为周一至周五,中国标准时间(周末和中国国定假期关闭)上午9:00至下午6:00,营业时间以外的所有非互动式通信均视为已在下一天收到工作日。 (包括有关交易的通信,如终止合同。)

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is defined as information about an individual, constituted by name, telephone number, email address, and other information via which the Customer can be identified.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION USE

Personal information of registered Customers will be used to the extent necessary in achieving the following purposes:

1. Authentication of and provision of service to registered Customer.

2. Provision via email, postal mail, or telephone, of information regarding cultural experiences hosted by partner subcontractors and various other information.

3. Storage of temporary backup data for the operation and management of the Service.

4. Application management of, communication with, and delivery for respondees to various campaigns and customer surveys.

5. Research, verification, etc. to safely operate the Service.

6. Response to comments, inquiries, etc. regarding the Service.

7. Response to inquiries, requests, etc. regarding the Service.

8. Delivery of important notifications, such as regarding changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

9.Other purposes associated with the above-mentioned purposes.

※If personal information is not correctly registered, the customer may be unable to receive various services.
※In cases where personal information has been shared with other companies with the consent of the customer, the personal information is managed in accordance with the privacy policy of the respective companies. Please contact the respective companies for details regarding their privacy policy.

MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Disclosure to third parties

The Company will take all possible measures to manage the personal information of the Customer, and shall not disclose personal information to third parties without customer consent. However, in the following cases, the Company is exempt from this obligation.

Ⅰ.   If the Customer chose to disclose of their own volition their personal information to a select company.

Ⅱ. If a person is unexpectedly identified as the Customer via the personal information the Customer initially registered with the Service.

Ⅲ.In the case that the Customer is determined by the Company to inflict detriment to the Company or third parties, etc., if notifying third parties, police authorities, etc., or if those institutions or other institutions with similar authority request disclosure.

Ⅳ.If personal information is passed in the case of succession of the business due to a merger involving the Company or other reason.

2. Safety Measures for Personal Information

The Company will aim to ensure the safety and accuracy of personal information through placing appropriate preventive measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss of personal information, damage, tampering, and leakage. In addition, if by any chance a problem occurs, along with efforts to minimize the damage, the Company will swiftly conduct corrective measures.

3. For In-house Management of Personal Information

In consignment, the Company will select a vendor whose level of protection of personal information meets the safety standards that the Company sets, and will properly manage and supervise the vendor.
